Ogden City’s Wheeler Creek Diversion Structure, built in 1914, was dilapidated and incapable of passing full flows to Ogden City Water Treatment Plant. Critical success factors included preservation of the structural wall replacing the main turnout and cured in place pipe to preserve a steel pipeline that was originally constructed in a sensitive area.
