CRS provided the design and construction management for a well house next to an apartment complex and a county golf course. The well house included the design of a 600 hp motor and VFD as well as additional storage in the building for use with by the police department without compromising the security of the well itself. This well house provided
the District and Taylorsville City with critical infrastructure. We have experience in many locations meeting competing needs such as function, aesthetics, flexibility, and cooperative uses with multiple agencies such as police or parks and recreation in the case of the Viaduct Well House.
