We welcome new shareholders and principals to CRS!
We are thrilled to announce that Mary Hargis, SPHR, Mark Chandler, PE, PG, CFM, Max Pierce, PE, and Greg Nelson, PE, have become the newest shareholders at CRS. In addition, Greg Nelson and Max Pierce have moved into the role of Principal. This is a significant milestone in our journey as a company and helps recognize four members of our team who have helped CRS see remarkable success. Their investment signifies a vote of confidence in our company’s vision and potential, and we are excited to have them on our team in their new roles.
With diverse backgrounds, skills, and experience gained working with the CRS team, our new shareholders bring a wealth of knowledge in the A/E/C industry.
Mary has been with CRS for 24 years; she started her journey with CRS working alongside previous owner Paul Hirst as an admin, but her exceptional talent and commitment placed her on a path of fast growth and success. Today, Mary is the Principal and Human Resources Manager and sits on the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Board.
Mark has been with CRS for 18 years and is Principal and Water Resources Team Manager. His journey at CRS began as an intern and quickly transformed into a leader in water systems, boasting a distinctive expertise in geologic mapping and hazard assessment, alongside being a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM). Mark is a current board member and former president of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Max has been with CRS for the past eight years as the office lead of our Cache Valley office and Associate; he recently moved into the role of Principal. Max serves as the city consultant engineer with Providence City and is an elected board member and current chair for the Cache Water District, where he gained valuable experience in municipal engineering. Max’s diverse skillset and expertise have been pivotal for the growth of our Cache Valley office. Max demonstrates his dedication to the civil engineering field through his work at CRS and as the Chair of the North District for the Cache Valley Water District.
Greg has been with CRS for 10 years as our Site Development Team Manager and was recently named Principal. His knowledge and expertise have been instrumental in his department’s success and in assisting other project managers. Greg is highly involved in the A/E/C community and continually seeks ways to network and continue growing professionally.
Their expertise will undoubtedly help us better serve our clients by enriching our strategic discussions, decision-making processes, and overall business operations. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our new shareholders for their trust and confidence in our company. We are excited about the journey ahead and confident that we will continue to achieve remarkable success together.
