CRS’s Impact in Uintah Basin and Cache Valley

At CRS, we provide a wide range of civil engineering services, utilizing innovative technology to deliver the best results for our clients. Our expertise includes water, drainage, site development, transportation, and railroad design that is supported by our field services teams.

CRS has been at the forefront of providing “Answers to Infrastructure” for Utah communities for the past 119 years. As a firm that started with two owners, a great passion for civil engineering, and to help improve their communities. We have continued serving and providing solutions all throughout Utah. Today, CRS has had tremendous growth, but our values and goals remain the same.

Since starting with a single office in Salt Lake City, CRS has grown to three offices across Utah. We have maintained our headquarters in Salt Lake City and added locations in the Uintah Basin and Cache Valley. Expanding ourselves across the state has enabled us to address the infrastructure needs of numerous cities and municipalities.

Prior to opening our office in Vernal, our firm had a special connection to the Uintah Basin community due to past work we had done for many of their cities. Our Vernal office is led by project manager, Craig Nebeker, PE, who is a long-time Vernal resident. During his time living in the area, he has formed a strong connection with the community and developed a strong understanding of its needs.

Our team has also worked extensively within the Cache Valley community on a wide range of projects that have helped shape and improve their infrastructure. In addition, our Principal and Cache Valley Lead, Max Pierce, PE, has strong ties to both Cache County through his service, including his current role as an elected board member and current chair for the Cache Water District. In addition, Max has served the City of Providence as City engineer from 1999-Present. His participation and involvement are vital in providing our firm valuable insight into how to best serve the Cache Valley community.
