Rock River Resources is making history with the planned construction of a state-of-the art crude oil terminal in Green River, Utah--the first new U.S. refinery since 1976.
To advance the project, Rock River Resources looked to CRS for a wide range of services, including master planning, design, and approvals from Union Pacific Railroad and BNSF Railway for 77,000 feet of rail to carry crude oil to refineries throughout the country.
CRS also designed and gained UDOT approvals for the widening of Highway 6 to five lanes to facilitate traffic safety for the facility. Additional services included a storm water drainage study encompassing over 5,400 acres of upstream watersheds, environmental permitting with the US Army Corps of Engineers, other agency coordination and approvals, land surveying, and infrastructure design for the approximate 400-acre site.
“Your dedication to our project…was well-noted along with the expertise [CRS] displayed in performing the road and track layout and civil design of our terminal.”
“…the strengths we observed from your team: timely completion of the work…adherence to agreed-to pricing…willingness to expedite and/or fast-track the work to meet our needs…absolute quality and thoroughness of drawings, details, and specifications…strong personal and professional relations with State, County, and Railroad officials. These relationships greatly facilitated the execution of our project…”
