Kim has worked on numerous site projects, including the completion of more than 40 local intersections and eight signals. Her insight into recent advancements and the construction of these facilities will help her continue to design signals that meet the most current design standards while providing efficient project schedules. Her site design background, experience implementing UDOT standards, and time interfacing with UTA processes help streamline projects with grade tie-ins and utility design requirements.
