Working with Logan City and UDOT, CRS was tasked with completely rebuilding and widening 100 East from 300 South to 500 South. In addition, the scope included extending the roadway with new construction from 500 South to 800 South. CRS was responsible for all utility relocation, new water lines, sanitary sewer line installation, right-of-way agreement coordination, tying into existing driveways, new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and drainage.
CRS’ use of laptop computers with cellular internet access to provide on the job entry into PDBS increased efficiency and improved timeliness and accuracy of documentation saving both time and money. In addition, CRS was able to communicate thoroughly to neighborhood residents so as to minimize potential issues during construction.
