As part of the beautification of downtown Ogden, CRS completed the design and surveying, including Right of Way (ROW) design, for roadway reconstruction of 20th Street. The project included 6 parcels that involved ROW acquisitions and construction easements. Utilities were relocated in addition to sidewalks, and curb and gutter. The project was funded under WACOG, and was designed according to all UDOT ROW and roadway standards.
