The Davis/Weber Canal Company entered into an agreement with Clearfield City to allow use of their property parallel to the canal for public recreation. The project runs through agricultural, residential, and commercial areas. CRS provided survey, design, bidding, public involvement, and construction management services for the 10 foot wide paved trail along the Canal right-of-way. We coordinated closely with stakeholders including Clearfield City, Davis/Weber Canal Company, Utah Department of Natural Resources, as well as local business and property owners.
