CRS provided civil engineering design services to develop water ponds at the park. Major components of the project included a well, the Dry Creek stream channel, natural and man-made storm drainage facilities, and culinary water sources from Sandy City. Services included: public agency coordination; design of ponds, linings, grading, drains, and water supply; storm run-off; erosion control; bank slopes; and pedestrian paths.
