Third party and ROW lead for the $160M design-bid-build project. Developed utility base map, assess utility conflicts for I-15 from Layton to Ogden. Waterline relocation design for Clearfield, Roy, WBWCD, and Roy Water Conservancy District. CRS also lead developing boundaries, identification, and ROW design for over 38 parcels along this large UDOT design-bid-build project. ROW identification and development for all 38 parcels were completed within 6 months of NTP. CRS re-established ROW monuments that had been lost since the 1960’s and performed the Record of Survey.
