For Metro Group, Inc.’s new facility, located on over 38 acres, CRS designed three railroad spurs for a total of 3,000 feet of new track for unloading recyclable/transload materials. CRS provided the civil site engineering for the site including all drainage, paving, and utilities. Services also included construction management during construction of the rail and site improvements.
