Safety concerns were increasing at a marked school crossing on 30th St (SR-79) and Quincy Avenue in Ogden, UT. The north leg of the intersection entered the parking lot of the elementary school, creating a conflict between through vehicles, student drop off, and students walking to school. The crosswalk presence needed to be increased by adding rectangular rapid firing beacon (RRFB) lights, replace ADA ramps, and update striping.
