CRS worked with City’s Mayor, City Planner, and City Manager to create a cohesive transportation master plan. Using Transportation Analysis Zone (TAZ) and traffic forecasting. CRS used CCOG growth and forecasting to plan and prepare for 10 years of growth. CRS recently obtained funding to expand plan to 30 years and add scope to include a multi-modal transportation plan.
