The Tuscany Well House was a high traffic park that required minimizing impact while optimizing performance. CRS designed the well house in the middle of a highly trafficked park and needed to minimize impacts to its surroundings. CRS designed the building to blend seamlessly with the adjacent facilities, including a playground and pavilion. CRS solved the challenge of constructing a well house that provides the needed function while not impacting public use. Our design meets the utility level function with a residential feel and limits impacts on the surrounding homeowners.
